T & M Trading Partners will never request escrow funds outside the official escrow instructions provided after a transaction has been initiated.
Our escrow fees are designed to provide a secure and transparent transaction process for both buyers and sellers. Fees are based on the value of the transaction.
All escrow funds are held in an attorney-managed trust account and are released only after escrow conditions are satisfied.

Fees may vary depending on transaction complexity and additional services required.
Fee Responsibility
Escrow fees may be paid by the buyer, the seller, or split between both parties depending on the terms of the transaction agreement.
